Overview

As a JFF Horizons Ambassador, I represented a student and entrepreneurial perspective in national conversations around the future of learning, work, opportunity, and workforce transformation.

The problem

Opportunity systems often fail when education, career pathways, mentorship, and digital fluency are treated as separate problems. Students and early-career professionals need integrated systems that turn ambition into direction.

My role

I engaged with funders, educators, policy makers, workforce leaders, and community builders while bringing my perspective as a student founder building AI-powered career clarity and interview readiness tools.

What I learned

Workforce innovation is not only a product problem. It is an ecosystem problem. The strongest solutions connect access, mentorship, digital fluency, career clarity, and community support.

PM / APM interview story

Situation: National workforce conversations needed more lived student and founder perspectives.

Task: Represent community-driven innovation and contribute to conversations on equitable opportunity.

Action: I participated as a JFF Horizons Ambassador, engaged across stakeholders, and connected the work to student success systems.

Result: The experience sharpened my understanding of workforce systems and reinforced the need for tools that make opportunity easier to navigate.
