Use this for each portfolio project.
1. Context
What was the environment? Who was involved? Why did the problem matter?
2. Problem
What user or business pain existed? What evidence showed it was real?
3. Users
Who were the users and stakeholders? What did each group need?
4. Constraints
What time, technical, data, organizational, or adoption constraints existed?
5. Product decisions
What did you choose to build and why? What alternatives did you reject?
6. Execution
What did you personally do? Be specific.
7. Impact
What changed? Use metrics if verified. Use qualitative results if metrics are not available.
8. Reflection
What would you do differently? What did you learn?
9. Interview story version
Convert it into Situation → Task → Action → Result.
