PathWise started from a simple observation: many students have ambition, but not enough direction.

They may know they want a meaningful career, but they do not always know which major fits, which roles are realistic, what opportunities to pursue, or what sequence of steps can move them forward.

What we are building

PathWise focuses on career exploration, pathway visibility, and personalized recommendations. The core idea is to move from generic information to an actionable roadmap.

The early focus areas are:

  • career explorer and pathways
  • personalized recommendations
  • department and student-facing pilots
  • collaboration with people interested in advising, student support, and AI in education

Why pilots matter

A product like this cannot be built only from assumptions. It needs real students, advisors, departments, and organizations testing the flow and pushing back on what actually helps.

What I am learning

The biggest challenge in EdTech is not giving people more information. It is helping them decide what to do next.
